How do I pair the earphones?
  • Follow the procedure shown in the dedicated app to configure pairing.

During pairing mode, the status indicator(LED) blinks only on one side.
  • When in pairing mode, one of the status indicator(LED) on either side will blink blue and red. Both status indicator(LED) will not blink.
During pairing mode, the status indicator(LED) does not blink.
  • Press and hold the button on either the left or right earphone for approximately 5 seconds, and confirm that the status indicator(LED) is blinking blue and red (pairing mode).
“nwm MBE001” does not appear in the device list.
  • Press and hold the button on either the left or right earphone for approximately 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, and check the device list again.
The screen does not proceed from the “Wearing” screen.
  • For Android, allow location information and try again.
During the connection to the nwm application, "Failed to start scanning nwm devices." is displayed.
  • If you have already paired your smartphone with Bluetooth, please delete the pairing and try again.
  • Please turn on "Use Location" in the Android settings.
  • If you are using security software on your Android device, location information may be forced to be turned off. Please change the setting of "Location Information OFF" to "ON" from the security software to improve the situation.

  • Android version 10.0 or later is required.
